Nothing But Motion is an apparel brand offering clothing and related merchandise. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products at any time without notice, and change product descriptions or pricing without notice. We attempt to display product colors and details accurately; however, we cannot guarantee your device will display them correctly.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, correct pricing errors, and refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Payment must be received before order processing. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in product or pricing information.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, or cancel orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized activity. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Nothing But Motion is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

7. Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy. Unless otherwise stated, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy standards.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, the brand name “Nothing But Motion,” designs, graphics, images, text, videos, and product designs, is the exclusive property of Nothing But Motion and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use our content without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or social media content tagging Nothing But Motion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Hamilton, Ohio.

15. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.

17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
